In the fields of biology, public health, and medicine, biostatistics is the application of statistical methods to undertake research. Biostatistics is the branch of science concerned with the creation and application of the most appropriate methods for: data collection, analysis, and interpretation. The data collected will be presented. The results will be analysed and interpreted. Making decisions based on this type of research.
