The journal has been started in the year 2012 and it released its first volume in the same year. Till now, the journal has released 8 volumes by the end of 2019 and is successfully running its 9th Volume.
The Journal Advances in Robotics & Automation is an Open Access Journal. deals with manufacture and applications of robots and computer systems for their control, sensory feedback, and information technology to reduce the need for human work. The journal provides an Open Access platform to publish the latest contributions in the field of robotics, automation technologies, robotic surgery, intelligent robotics, mechatronics, and biomimetics novel and biologically-inspired robotics, modelling, identification and control of robotic systems.
The scope of the journal is not just restricted to Advances in Robotics & Automation alone; works related to biomedical, surgical robotics, prosthetics and artificial organs, neural networks and fuzzy logic in robotics with Robotics & Automation are equally welcome. It is a boon for researchers and students who wish to be kept abreast of the latest advancements in the field Robotics & Automation, it would help them build on the current know-how. Business people, scientists and practitioners can also benefit from the works published in the journal.
