Diabetes mellitus, a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia, affects millions of people globally. Effective glycemic control is crucial for preventing the long-term complications associated with diabetes, including cardiovascular disease, neuropathy, nephropathy, and retinopathy. Recent advances in technology have opened new avenues for diabetes management, offering patients innovative tools to monitor and control their blood glucose levels.
