Performance Management Strategy for Indonesian ASN and BUMN Employees with SWOT Analysis

Government employees in the Indonesia includes the Indonesia federal civil service, employees of the state governments of the Indonesia, and employees of local government in the Indonesia. Employees performance assesses is whether a person performs a job well. Job performance, studied academically as part of industrial and organizational psychology, also forms a part of human resources management. Performance is an important criterion for organizational outcomes and success. John P. Campbell describes job performance as an individual-level variable, or something a single person does. This differentiates it from more encompassing constructs such as organizational performance or national performance, which are higher-level variables. SWOT analysis identifies internal and external factors that are prioritized by experts in the Government employees Trajectory domain through an Analytical hierarchy process. The prioritized SWOT factors are used in the formulation of strategies using the TOWS matrix. The results of the study indicate that an Indonesian tax loss and an Paying off Indonesia's domestic debt that effectively regulates management to increase national income is the best strategy.
