The author documented a good notation of multi-morbidity condition in HIV patients that can be noticed in the patient, the causes for which are unknown, and this paper will support the conclusion that comorbidity prevalence is significantly high. Multi-morbidity should be assessed and managed as part of HIV care approaches, especially in patients who come with these related comorbidities. And I hope that studies in this field will be conducted in the near future, and I would appreciate the author's effort and urge that it be published in a reputable publication. |
