With the rapidly development of information technology, international business activities rely on e-commerce is also growing, e-commerce to reduce the time and space constraints of international business activities, transaction efficiency, market space to expand, so that international business activities to reduce costs and more convenient. For the traditional transnational chain retail enterprises, to keep up with the development trend of network information and large data, timely large-scale transformation of e-commerce in order to better respond to industry competition, maintain market position. This paper chooses the Sam's Club which is representative of the traditional multinational chain retailing enterprise Wal-Mart, and analyzes the history, present situation and future trend of Sam's Club's development. Sam’s club comes into the global network of economic competition era. The marketing model of Sam's Club also will change. E-Commerce marketing model is one of its development model, its establishment for the Sam's Club provides important survival and development platform, and promote Sam's Club by the traditional marketing model to the e-commerce environment. Sam's club change from the traditional marketing model to the marketing mode of electronic business environment. This paper analyzes the factors that influence the change of marketing mode of Sam's club under the e-commerce environment, which is SWOT, namely, the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. Specifically, based on the theory of marketing model and e-commerce, the paper analyzes the influence of e-commerce environment on Sam's Club's marketing model, and constructs the theoretical model and puts forward hypothesis by analyzing various influencing factors. Finally, the regression analysis of the whole model, Sam's club members to achieve e-commerce marketing model of what changes occur, such as the change of membership system, platform changes and product changes. At the end of this paper, the problems be put forward that should be paid attention to in the process of the transformation of the marketing mode of Sam's club under the electronic commerce environment, and hopes that the development of Sam’s club will be better and better.

Objective: Sustainability is recognized as an important objective in business planning and is of equal relevance to policy makers. It is equally accepted, almost universally, that the resources of the planet are finite and are being over consumed on an annual basis. The prognosis therefore is that resources are being depleted and competition for access to remaining resources must ensue, as countries seek to grow and develop. This will have the effect of increasing the transaction costs of business activity as they find greater difficulty in seeking restricted supply of resources. This poses a problem for future economic activity and therefore for the achievement of sustainability. This is compounded by the fact that individual sustainability for countries or companies does not equate to global sustainability.
Method: At the same time Game Theory is recognized as a key strategic tool by policy makers and by business decision makers and is used extensively for scenario planning and strategic decision making. Although it has been recognized that Game Theory has relevance to addressing the problems of manufacturing due to resource depletion, it is surprising that no work has been done in this area. This paper therefore explains the role which this theory can play in developing strategy, and thereby promoting sustainability.
Results: It does so by developing a model which can be used in demonstrating the efficacy of planning scenarios developed in this way. For this the Prisoners Dilemma version of Game Theory is used and extended. The resulting model is then discussed and the results evaluated. Further however it recognizes the resultant problems which further need to be solved.
Conclusion: It concludes by discussing the resulting problems to propose a solution and way forward but also argues that further work is needed in order to promote sustainability and make it realistic in a global context.

The aim of this analysis was to determine the intensity and distribution of the stress in the components of the dental prosthesis (abutment, implant and bone) as a result of the shock efforts. This numerically study by finite element method was conducted in three zones (proximal, median, and distal) of these components.

Quality costs are those resulting from producing, identifying, repairing, and avoiding defective products. Quality costs consist of the following four categories Internal costs, failure costs, external failure costs, and appraisal costs. A survey of several plastic and glass industries in Saudi Arabia is conducted. The survey includes a cross representation of manufacturing activities existing in the region. The survey is intended to assess the level of awareness and quantitative estimates of quality costs as related to the plastic and glass industries. The survey design and findings are presented along with analysis. Specific conclusions are drawn regarding quality costs studies and reduction/improvements programs as related to the surveyed industry category.

This paper covers a thorough overview of project success, project success criteria and critical success factors for projects. There is no consensus among researchers of what constitutes projects success. Also considering that a project is successful or a failure, depending exclusively on whether it meets or fails the criteria for time, cost and quality is outdated and it’s the narrow view, also in fact criteria for project management success. The surest way to perceive project success is examining its alignment with strategic organizational objectives. In order to achieve both project management success and project success it is important to identifying project success criteria and critical success factors at the initial stage of a project. Sustainability is becoming a critical topic and attracting researchers in recent years. The traditional criteria clearly put the emphasis on economic aspects and the social and environmental pillars get less attention because companies survival in the long-term depends on their ability to be profitable. The harmony between economic, social and environmental are required in project management. The purpose of this chapter is mainly to investigate the criteria for measuring the success of a project and the key factors of project successes, which practitioners can make use of to eliminate failures and thus improve project success.

Air knife is the key equipment to determine zinc coating thickness in the hot-dip galvanizing process. The process parameters related to air knife directly determine whether the desired coating thickness can be obtained. Therefore, setting the optimal process parameters is the key step to improve hot dip galvanizing process capability and zinc coating quality. Previous research on zinc layer thickness was based on the principle of physics and simulation to build models and few studies were carried about the interaction between parameters of air knife. In this research, three process parameters (stripe velocity, air pressure and air knife-stripe distance) were considered to optimize coating thickness by Response Surface Method (RSM), Taguchi method and Genetic Algorithm (GA). This paper firstly used response surface method (RSM) to establish polynomial model and discuss interaction effect between air pressure and the range of air knife. Then, this paper used Taguchi method to do the robustness analysis of air knife and validate the polynomial model from response surface method. Finally, this paper built suitable a fitness function and then uses genetic algorithm to find the optimal combination of parameters for a given thickness of zinc layer. This proposed integrated method is a good try to combine RSM, Taguchi method and GA.

This paper discussed the research profile on corrosion resistance of Cu-Al joints. The review indicated that it was difficult to avoid the corrosion formation in the Cu-Al joint due to the heterogeneous chemical composition and structure. Factors influencing the corrosion resistance of Cu-Al joints could be divided into three categories, the first one is the effect of alloy itself (such as alloy composition, mixed impurities, alloy structure, heat treatment, metal surface condition, stress and strain), the second one is the effect of the surrounding environment (such as corrosion medium, temperature and stress) and the last one is the effect of equipment design and process and anti-corrosion measures (such as spray coating). Hence excellent joints with high-corrosion resistance could be ensured if researchers could take a good use of these factors. Finally, suggestions about the further research orientation on Cu-Al corrosion protection were given.
