Biography

Dr. Ohlsson is a psychologist and have a Ph.D. in psychology (Stockholm University). Her doctoral work focused on leadership and organizational development and her areas of research interest include leadership, organizational behavior, stress and recovery, personality (Big-five) and interpersonal skills used at the work-place.
