Biography
Dr. Abdul Shukor Shamsudin in 1988, started his career at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) as an Assistant Administrative Officer. Presently as an associate professor at the School of Business Management, UUM, he teaches Organizational Behavior, Seminar in Management Thought, Dynamics of Business, and Research Methodology. his research interests are in the area of leadership, emotional intelligence, and work ethic. he has received research grants from the Ministry of Education for a research project in issues relating to management.
