Biography
Dr. Abimbola Adike was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria where at an early age, she discovered a passion for medicine. She graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University, with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and medical humanities. She earned her medical degree from the University of Connecticut. After medical school, Dr. Adike completed internal medicine residency at the Houston Methodist Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. She completed her gastroenterology and transplant hepatology fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona.
