Biography
Alexander Knohl is Professor of Bioclimatology at the Faculty of Forest Sciences and Forest Ecology at the Georg-August University of Göttingen. He studied geoecology at the Universities of Braunschweig, Utah State University and Bayreuth and received his doctorate with a thesis at the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena.
