Biography
Graduated in Animal Science at the State University of Southwest Bahia - UESB (2010). Master in Food Engineering, Concentration Area: Food Process Engineering at the State University of Southwest Bahia - UESB (2013). Since 2007 he has been a researcher at the Study Group on Milk (GEL) at the UESB teaching institution. Between 2007 and 2010 he was a Fapesb Scientific Initiation Scholar at the Laboratory of Milk and Derivatives - UESB. Has experience in the area of Animal Origin Products Technology, acting on the following subjects: quality and processing of milk and dairy products.
