Lyell’s syndrome or toxic epidermal necrolysis is a bullous dermatosis, of etiology, very often medicated. It is an acute necrosis of the epidermis, with a clinical appearance of extensive burns. At this table are associated mucosal damage and, frequently, a multiorgan making poor prognosis.
