    The service industries are mostly customer driven and their survival in the competitive environment largely depends on quality of the services provided by them. Due to the increasing competition in the service sector, customer service is an important part of the organizational growth. The key lies in improving the service selectively, paying attention to more critical attributes as a part of improved customer satisfaction. A large number of research studies for service quality take place in the context of developing countries.
