Biography

Dr. Arthur Tucker is Managing Director and a leading expert in a wide range of medical technologies with degrees in biology, computer studies and surgical sciences. He is also a Principal Clinical Scientist at the Ernest Cooke Vascular Unit at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, Senior Lecturer at the William Harvey Research Institute and Chairman of the London East & City committee of the National Research Ethics Service. Further he is a National Research Ethics Advisor to the United Kingdom and to sovereign countries in Asia.
