Biography
Dr. Ashish Kumar Singh is an Assistant Professor at School of Biochemical Engineering, IIT (BHU), Varanasi. He has done his Ph.D. (2009) from CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Hyderabad. He was a Post Doctoral Fellow (June 2008 to May 2013) at University of Maryland School of Medicine (Baltimore, USA), National Institutes of Health (NIH/NCI, Frederick, USA) and Trudeau Institute (Saranac Lake, New York, USA). Before joining IIT (BHU), he was Assistant Professor at Centre of Biotechnology, University of Allahabad, Allahabad. His Area of Interests are Bacterial genetics, gene expression, small bio-molecules and metagenomics.
