Aydin Sav

Biography

Prof. Dr. Aydin Sav has received his pathology degree from Istanbul University Cerrahpasa School of Medicine during the period of 1981-1985. Currently, he/she is working as a member of tenure in Acibadem University. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Department Head of Pathology and various tasks both in Marmara University (1989-2008) and Acibadem University (2008-2013). His research has included pathologic basis of brain tumors; diagnostic tools in neuropathology, molecular biology in neurooncology, and pituitary pathology. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors.
