Biography
Bilal Ahmad Pandow has a doctorate in finance from the Department of Commerce, The University of Kashmir, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (J&K). He has an M.Phil. degree in finance from the Department of Business and Financial Studies, University of Kashmir, Srinagar, J&K. He is currently serving as a Consultant for the University of Kashmir. Till recently, he was based in Muscat, Oman, where he taught courses on Finance, Economics, Budgeting at Middle East College, Muscat, Oman affiliated to the University of Coventry, UK. Bilal has experience of over 15 years in the field of finance, the developmental sector, and education.
