Biography
Bo He was born in Qingdao, Shandong, China, in 1971. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 1996 and 1999, respectively. From 2000 to 2003, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
