Biography

Dr. Burak Turan graduated from Civil Engineering Deparment of YÄ±ldÄ±z Technical University in 1999. He graduated with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 2002. He studied at the PhD program of Texas A & M University for one year in 2004. He graduated from PhD program of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Houston, Houston, Texas in 2008. Afterwards, he worked at CivilTech Engineering Inc., Houston, Texas as a water resources engineer between 2008 and 2012.
