Chris Okugami is data architect with 12 years experience, joined CSRIO 2006, have been working with Sparks, principal statistician, have learned a lot of statistical modelling in the area of variety of the applied applications. Space, time, multivariate component describes variation, pathway, change trend detection, working with bias data, not that clean data to provide most accurate decision making process with using robust methodology. As the nature of his personality growing up on a remote rural island and always had a passion to finding something ‘unusualness’ and the ability to understand ‘interaction of object/persons’, lead to current his research topic of abnormalities event detection, data analytic with social network data (Twitter, Google Trend etc), developing new algorithm with society driven data, decision making.
Data Quality Assurance : modelling error, uncertainty, automated data quality assurance tool/algorithm development - nationally recognised work, helped for the standard for Data quality Spatial and Temporal Multivariate Modelling Skill - Linear regression, Generalized Model, Poisson process, HMM, Survival analysis
