Impact of Human Resources Development and Employees Performance in
Central Bank of Nigeria (2007-2014)

This study examines and or investigates the impact of human resources development and employees performance in central bank of Nigeria. The research instruments used in collection of data for this study included the questionnaire containing structured questions personal interviews personal observation. Equally secondary information or data were collected through textbooks journals magazines and newspapers etc. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data for this study. A sample of 373 staff selected from Central Bank of Nigeria branch in Port Harcourt was drawn for the study for which the sample elements consisted of 5 cadres of staff (management Secretarial supervisory lower cadre and general staff).
