Biography

Chu-San Chenborn in 1946, received his bachelor degree of Hydraulics and Ocean Engineering at NCKU in 1970, master degree of Hydraulics and Ocean Engineering at NCKU in 1975, and doctoral degree of Civil Engineering at NCKU in 1981, which makes him the only President in the history of NCKU who has been deeprooted in National Cheng Kung University since the post-secondary education.
