Biography

Daniel Blanchard, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist who performs noninvasive surgery and diagnostics such as echocardiography. He also treats hyperlipidemia (high levels of fats, cholesterol and triglycerides) and congenital heart disease. As a professor in the Department of Medicine, Dr. Blanchard trains medical students, residents and fellows at UC San Diego School of Medicine. He is also director of the Cardiology Fellowship Program.
