Biography

Vo Ngoc Dieu received his B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, in 1995 and 1999, respectively and his Ph.D. degree in energy from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Pathumthani, Thailand in 2007. He is currently Head of Department of Power Systems, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam. His interest is applications of AI in power system optimization.
