He is the Head of Department of Financial and Management Engineering. His research interests lie in the field of mathematics of integrable dynamical systems. He received a degree in Physics at the University of Athens and doctorate at the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the University of Göttingen in Germany in the field of the General Theory of Relativity. He has 92 publications in various national and international journals.
