  The appendicular duplication is a rare congenital malformation. From an uncertain pathogeny, it can be a fortuitous discovery or reveal by an appendicular syndrome or an occlusive syndrome intestinal. We are carrying a particular form of appendicular duplication, siege of an acute appendicitis at uncommon elements suppurated with a peritoneal reaction to a patient aged of 14 years.
