Biography

Dr. Don Liu received his Ph.D. and M.S. in applied mathematics from the Division of Applied Mathematics, Brown University in 2004 and 2000, respectively. Dr. Liu was a tenure-track Assistant Professor in 2006 at Louisiana Tech University and a tenured Associate Professor in 2012. Dr. Liu has received the Contractor's Trust Endowed Professorship since 2014, and has been a full Professor of Mathematics & Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, Molecular Science, and Nanotechnology at Louisiana Tech University since 2019.
