Dziva F is a veterinary microbiologist, who gained membership of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) through statutory examinations. He lectured in veterinary microbiology at the University of Zimbabwe (1997-2001), during which he gained practical diagnostic bacteriology and clinical microbiology experience. During the same period, he also acquired postdoctoral research experience in Professor Magne Bisgaard’s laboratory (University of Copenhagen) working on Pasteurella multocida and related organisms.
