Biography
Graduated in Food Industries - National Agrarian University of the Selva -Peru, Master's degree in Food Sciences from the Federal University of Lavras -Brazil and PhD in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas -Brasil. Head Professor the Federal University of Goiás since 1995. Member of the Committee of Institutional and Course Evaluators MEC / INEP and by ARCOSUL-MERCOSUR Evaluator. Ad hoc evaluator of several scientific journals with emphasis on food. Associate editor of the Brazilian Journal of Food Technology (BJFT). Postdoctoral fellow at USDA-ARS-WRRC (United States Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Research Service-Western Regional Research Center) in Albany California.
