Elhadji Mounirou Ndiaye has a doctorate in industrial economics and professor-researcher at the UFR economic and social sciences from THIES University. He was Head of the Science Department of economics and management (2010-2013) and Vice-director of his UFR (2013-2015). Mr. NDIAYE is a specialist in the economics of networks, public /private partnerships, and regulation. He is a member of the Center deResearch in Applied Economics and Finance of THIES (CREFAT) and is the author of books "Senegalese economy. Issues and problems ”and“ Sonatel and the liberal Pact of Senegal ", published in L’Harmattan Senegal in 2010 and 2012.
