Biography

Dr. Shaban Abdel-Haleim El-Sherif has completed his Ph. D in the Department of Food Science and Technology, 2001. He has been the Head of the National Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries during 2003-2013. Currently Dr. Shaban Abdel-Haleim El-Sherif is the Assistant Professor and Head of the Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries, Fish Processing & Technology Laboratory.
