Intraductal tubulopapillary neoplasm (ITPN) of the pancreas is a relatively new entity with approximately 60 reported cases in the literature. While distinct from mucinous neoplasms of the pancreas, its clinical presentation can be quite varied, thus making this a challenging diagnosis.
