Biography
Enrica completed her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Bologna, Italy. She received an MSc in Bioengineering from the University of Strathclyde, (Glasgow), during which she developed an interest in human movement biomechanics and rehabilitation. Enrica went on to complete a PhD degree in Biomechanics from the University of Strathclyde. Her PhD investigated the effects of ankle-foot orthoses on the gait biomechanics of early stroke patients. The aim of the project is to identifying objective measures to predict and assess low back pain and their link with psychological factors.
