Biography
Enrique Seoane-Vazquez, PhD is professor in the area of pharmaceutical economic, regulation and policy at Chapman University School of Pharmacy. He holds a PhD in Social and Administrative Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota, and a BS in Economics from the University of Santiago. His previous work experience includes positions as Professor and Associate Professor at the School of Pharmacy-Boston, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (CPHS University). Assistant Professor at the Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy and College of Public Health; and Research Fellow at the PRIME Institute, University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy.
Research Interest
Recent research projects focus on intellectual property regulation, FDA policy and regulation, drug access, and pharmaceutical prices and reimbursement.
Pharmaceutical economics and policy at the state, national and international levels.
