On 28th July 1982 she graduated in Medicine and on 30th November 1985 she specialised in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine.Since 2005 she has been responsible for the “Hygiene and Public Health” course within the same Degree course in Human Nutrition. she ha spublished so many articles and the recent publication of Ersilia Buonomo is "The exacerbated prevalence of acute malnutrition and growth retardation in Roma children living in camps."
