Nowadays society is facing a constant increase in the level of stress, diversity and complexity of daily activities. The cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have increased alarmingly, putting individuals’ lives at risk. People face insecurity and unfortunately become sick at young ages. Moreover, the vast majority of the world’s population has a sedentary lifestyle which raises the risk of severe health problems. Stroke has become a major public health problem, with almost 16 million new cases around the world annually.
