  Tricuspid valve replace in patients with active endocarditis can be a challenging decision in surgical options. In this experience, we replaced the tricuspid valve using a handmade single tube of CorMatrix Extracellular Matrix (ECM) (CorMatrix Cardiovascular Inc, Roswell, Ga).
