In the past 20 years, he developed tens of innovative Bioinformatics tools allowing to build innovative assays in the field of Molecular Biology for a wide range application (IVD, Food pathogens detection, GMOs, environmental protection). His expertise is both in the fields of Genetics and Bioinformatics, turning sequencing data into meaningful biological knowledge. He has a strong commitment to public health.
