  Aims It is the 1st time to study sarcosysts meisheri of camels in Assiut Govemorate; throughout the study different parts from camels in different locations were examined for Sarcosystis meisheri. (Abdominal, esophagus and tongue muscles).Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the prevalence of Sarcocystis meisheri . Infection among slaughtered camels in Assiut, Upper Egypt and to examine the ultrastructural characteristics of the sarcocystis meisheri inside the different muscles of camels.
