Biography
George W. Adams – former national director of operations, director of financial operations with the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) and program manager of UNT’s (University of North Texas) Center for Human Identification – wrote the book Utilizing Forensic Technologies for Unidentified Human Remains: Death Investigation Resources, Strategies, and Disconnects (Taylor & Francis / CRC Press, Dec. 2015). Adams holds a Master of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice (UTA -2013); Advanced Peace Officer’s Certification from the Texas Commission of Law Enforcement and active membership in the Texas Municipal Police Officers Association.
