Biography
Doctor Gouda A RMaatook have held progressively increasing positions in the public and private sector for food quality control and assurance laboratories over last 18 years. • My research interests are focused on the development of sensitive analytical methods for screening and quantification of pesticide residues, mycotoxins, veterinary drugs, heavy metals and food additives with established acceptable daily intakes (ADI) and maximum residue limits (MRL) to fulfil the requirement of ISO 17025.
