Biography

Dr. Zhiwei, works at Hangzhou Dianzi University. His research focuses on icephobic surfaces, superhydrophobic surfaces and superolephobic surfaces. The mitigation of ice on exposed surfaces is of great importance to many aspects of life. Ice accretion, however, is unavoidable as time elapses and temperature lowers sufficiently. Our purpose is to prepare icephobic surfaces with super-low ice adhesion (less than 10 KPa).
