Dr. Heru Kurnianto Tjahjono holds the chair of the Department of Human Resource Management, Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. His study major interest is in Leadership, Human Resource Development, Strategic Management, Organizational Theory, and Organizational Culture. Dr. Heru is the author of several international journals. He published articles in many journals and the articles are informative and got good citations.
