Biography

Igor Karp received an MD from Astana State Medical Academy in 1997, an MPH from the University at Albany, SUNY, in 2000, and a PhD in Epidemiology from McGill University in 2005. His research interests include the theory of epidemiology and applied health research, pharmacoepidemiology, cancer epidemiology and cardiovascular disease epidemiology. He did his postdoctoral fellowship at the Division of Clinical Epidemiology, McGill University Heath Centre.
