Biography

Dr. Teng received a first class honours degree in economics from the National University of Singapore in 1990. He earned an economics PhD from the University of Toronto in 1997, specializing in public economics. He received a PhD in Political Science from Duke University in 2004, specializing in international political economy. He also have an LLM from the University of London through distance learning specializing in international economic laws.
