Biography
Joan Bernabeu is Professor of Prehistory in the Department of Prehistory and Archaeology at the Universitat de Valencia. He obtaining his graduate degree in 1978. In 1981 he was awarded with a research fellowship founded by the Museo de Prehistoria (SIP, Valencia) to study the Bell Beaker in eastern Spain. In this year he entered the university of Valencia as Lecturer and start his PhD research about the Early Neolithic. He holds a consolidated position (Senior Lecturer) at the University of Valencia teaching European Prehistory, and since 1996 he is full Professor at the same University.
