Biography
Joy Kumar Chakma is a Clinician and Public Health Specialist, in the capacity of Scientist - D with Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, which is the apex body in India for the formulation, coordination and promotion of biomedical research and is one of the oldest medical research bodies in the world. He is working at Dept. of Clinical Medicine, National JALMA Institute for Leprosy and Other Mycobacterial Diseases, Tajganj, Agra (Uttar Pradesh), India under the Indian Council of Medical Research.
