Biography

Kelemu Tilahun has completed PhD (Clinical Epidemiology and Medical Statistics) from the University of Newcastle, Australia. Kelemu also got a BSc in Public Health and MPH in Epidemiology from local universities in Ethiopia. Kelemu has been engaged in scientific research and involved in the design, analysis, and interpretation of epidemiological studies, and evidence synthesis. Kelemu's research interest ranges from maternal health to infectious diseases. Kelemu was working in the Department of Public Health, Wollega University, at academic and research positions between November 2008 and October 2016. He has published over 18 scientific papers in peer-reviewed international journals.
