Lata Gautam researching on method development for detection of organic compounds (drugs of abuse, pharmaceutical compounds, herbal medicines and novel food products) using chromatographic mass spectrometric techniques. Lately, Lata Gautam have focused her research activities on spiked beverage analysis; investigation of knowledge, perception and experience about drinks spiking and drug facilitated sexual assault (DFSA).
