Biography
Dr. Licata I studied Physics and Mathematics in Palermo (1982), I worked to Group Approach in Cosmologywith G. Arcidiacono at Istituto di Alta Matematica “F. Severi” in Rome (1984-1986). Later I deepenedthe foundational questions in Quantum Physics and Particle Physics with J.P. Vigier and AndréLichnerowicz in Paris (1986-1987), with the Nobel Prize Abdus Salam at Imperial College and DavidBohm at Birbeck College in London (1987-1992).
